Growth beyond the showreel, 2024

It's the end of lunch on the last day of the year here in Korea.

I don't particularly like making declarations about what I'll do starting next year just because it's the last day of the year. Instead, I believe it's best to maintain constant, endless effort.

However, I think this is a perfect day to look back on the year, find opportunities for growth, and feel a sense of accomplishment.

This year, rather than growing as a designer or developer, I feel I've grown more as an individual 'person'. While designers and developers are creating and sharing their past year's showreels, I don't have anything to show.

But I have no regrets. I've achieved significant personal growth, which has become excellent fertilizer for moving forward. I've met many wonderful people and gained many insights.

As I look forward to more such insights and growth, I want to welcome the new days ahead.
